“It’s hard work to maintain good relationships but it’s the most important thing. We should be nice with everyone. When a Granny comes here for a tea, I give her a kiss. I pat my fifty years old regular customers on the back, make an affectionate gesture to the teenagers who come for a date, and I play with children in the street. I might be tired at the end of the day, but I give and receive love and it makes me happy.”
